Harvard Library is looking for an innovative information professional with a strong technology focus who is skilled and passionate about facilitating information discovery on the open web. This new position will provide leadership and technical expertise to shape a new emphasis within the Metadata Management unit, utilizing linked data and other emerging metadata technologies to enrich our discovery efforts beyond the library catalog. This new member of the Harvard Library Information & Technical Services department will have a great opportunity to work with talented colleagues to brave new territory with peer institutions, experiment with a broad array of campus colleagues at Harvard, and contribute to ground-breaking work in information management.
