Hello all, The Code4Lib 2024 Conference is a little over 2 months away, and we are looking forward to seeing those of you who are joining us in Ann Arbor this spring. Just a reminder, Code4Lib works a little differently in that we rely on members of our community volunteering to assist with tasks during the conference. There are a number of in-person and remote volunteer opportunities <https://wiki.code4lib.org/2024_Conference_Volunteers> we are hoping folks will consider filling. If you are, please feel free to add your name to the list or reach out to LPC for assistance. No prior knowledge is necessary, just a willingness to help out!
Thanks for considering, Natasha Allen Local Planning Committee Chair -- *Natasha Allen **(She/Her)* *University of Michigan* Library Services Platform Specialist <https://staff.lib.umich.edu/users/ndallen> LIT Steward, LEO-GLAM (AFT-MI Local #6244) <https://www.leoglam.org/> *The Bodewadmi, the Odawa, and the Ojibwe collectively named the Anishinaabe, lived in the lands and the waterways of the Michigami before the first white settlers arrived here. They continue to live here still, and the University of Michigan owes its creation to them. The University of Michigan Library is deeply indebted to the Wyandot and Anishinaabe Peoples, and we still have much work to do in order to honor the intent and spirit of the treaty upon which we were founded.*
