Hi Charles, Until I moved out of Illinois and away from public library IT support about 4 years ago, I worked with TBS pretty extensively with various public libraries that offered printing services.
TBS was good to work with and had some pretty solid product offerings. If you have any specific questions about TBS and/or their products, I'd be happy to answer them on or off the list.
