Greetings,

We are seeking a collaborative and innovative individual to serve as the
Director of Operations for Community Supported Technologies (CST) at Lyrasis,
which serves as the organizational home for various programs including
ArchivesSpace<https://archivesspace.org/>,
CollectionSpace<https://collectionspace.org/>,
DSpace<https://dspace.lyrasis.org/>, Fedora<https://fedora.lyrasis.org/>, and
VIVO<https://vivo.lyrasis.org/>.
The CST Director's purpose is to foster relationships with community
governance, increase effectiveness and impact of division programs, to grow and
consider the long-term sustainability of the programs in our portfolio, and to
increase Lyrasis' ability to support new programs. An important component of
this position is to review and analyze the current organizational home model
and how it can be enhanced. Critical to this role is continued analysis and
outreach to the larger open-source communities to grow the programs within the
organizational home.
Leadership, innovation, trust, and relationship building are key in this
position.
If you are someone who enjoys collaboration and solving interesting problems,
you will thrive in this role. Individuals with the ability to create and
sustain effective relationships, experience managing dynamic teams, and a
passion for innovation and open source are encouraged to apply.
This is a remote position.

Applications are accepted until the position is filled but review of
applications will begin February 6, 2024.
