*TCB: Technical Services in Religion & Theology* <https://serials.atla.com/tcb>, an open access publication of Atla <https://www.atla.com/>, is seeking submissions of short, non-peer-reviewed articles on library and archival system migrations to be published in the October 2023 issue.
We are looking for two types of submissions: *Perspectives & Practices* First-person narratives that incorporate an experience, process, or project related to an aspect of system migrations. Systems may include library management systems, discovery layers, digital collections platforms, and more. We are seeking a wide variety of perspectives from across technical services, including systems administration, acquisitions, cataloging/metadata, electronic resources, and archives and special collections. Possible topics include but are not limited to: - Decision-making process for choosing a new system - Data clean-up before and after migration - Migration from locally-hosted to cloud-based systems - Change management in a system migration - Lessons learned and mistakes made during a system migration - Collaboration between departments during a migration - Project management techniques used to help a migration run smoothly - Documentation created for a migration The text should be engaging and personal while remaining professional. These are not scholarly articles and do not need an abstract or bibliography. Submissions should fall between 1000 and 2500 words. *Reviews* Brief reviews of 200-500 words on library management systems, discovery layers, archives information management systems, digital collections and exhibitions platforms, and institutional repository software. *Submission Details* The submission deadline is May 15, 2023.
