Depending on how the website is preventing you from downloading the video, you may be able to get it using the Firefox web developer tools (Menu -> More Tools -> Web Developer Tools or Ctrl-Shift-I).
Open the Network tab and the Media sub-tab, reload the web page, start the video, and see if its URL shows up. If it does, right click to open it in a new browser tab, and from there you should be able to download it.
