The November/December 2020 Library Technology Report
(https://journals.ala.org/index.php/ltr/issue/view/779) is on ILS
consolidation. While it primarily covers the business side of things the last
chapter does provide some observations about potential ILS integrations with
other systems used in academia such as learning management systems, data
analytics, research management, etc.

Dear code4lib friends,

I'm looking for literature and pertinent analyses (not necessarily scholarly
articles) on what could be the evolution of library management systems in the
future. I'm thinking more in terms of features than in business/consolidation
terms. Any good pointers?

Many thanks, and apologies for cross-posting.
Thomas
