ALCTS Preconference Focuses on Managing Change in Libraries
Join the Association for Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS)=
on Friday, June 21 at 8 am for the all-day preconference Change Management=

After learning about the foundations of change management, subsequent prese=
ntations will discuss examples and case studies specific to libraries and t=

nagement concepts applicable to reorganizing technical services and realloc=
