As a limited number of tickets are available, attendees are encouraged to register as early as possible to ensure a space, and we hope to see many of you in Quebec City! The 2019 BRIC event takes place May 15 - 16, 2019 at Laval University Library; whether this is your first time attending, or you have attended before, this 2-day community of practice will explore Canada's diverse research impact ecosystem, and will support meaningful connections with colleagues doing similar work across the country. The 2019 event will bring together the diverse community that forms the BRI world: the information providers (such as librarians and analysts) and the information requestors (stakeholders such as directors, managers, etc). For your information, the BRIC event will occur immediately after an all-day InCites event, organized by Clarivate Analytics, scheduled for May 14. BRIC 2019 is organized by Carleton University, Laval University, the University of Waterloo, and Natural Resources Canada, with generous sponsorship from Clarivate Analytics, Elsevier, and Dimensions. Le Bibliometrics & Research Impact Community (BRIC) 2019 se tiendra les 15 et 16 mai 2019 à la Bibliothèque de l'Université Laval. La communauté de pratique se réunira pour une durée de deux jours dans le but d'échanger sur les usages et les réalisations en cours en impact de la recherche, et de réunir les intervenants qui partagent cette expertise à travers le pays. Cette 3e édition de l'événement rassemble les fournisseurs (bibliothécaires, analystes, etc.) et les demandeurs (doyens, gestionnaires, membres de comité d'évaluation, etc.) de données d'impact. Pour votre information, le Forum InCites organisé par Clarivate, se déroulera également à la Bibliothèque de l'Université Laval, immédiatement avant le BRIC, le mardi 14 mai. Le BRCI 2019 est conjointement organisé par l'Université Carleton, l'Université Laval, l'Université de Waterloo et Ressources Naturelles Canada.
