[CODE4LIB] LC Classification API

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a free/open API for LC Classification. I have a list 
of book titles with ISBNs; I would like to sort out by LCC. If LCC is not 
available, I can work with DDC. Any advice is much appreciated!
