It is frontmost in the z-direction, and the three buttons in the title bar are vibrant red, vibrant yellow and vibrant green. This window does not have any editable text fields in it. I don’t think that should matter. In the app target’s Build Settings, Base SDK resolves to “Latest OS X (OS X 10.10)". Further experiments indicate that the *window* is receiving the -keyDown: message. (So I’ve changed the subject of this thread.)
