Okay, I think I'm losing my mind. Today I run the exact same code I tried last 
night, and it's working fine. Thanks!

Still don't see how to observe the last bit of scroll view animation that 
happens when you pinch-zoom-out while offset too far, and let go. The scroll 
view repositions, but the animation of that is not reflected in didscroll.
