If you have several developers, I'd suggest starting by moving one or two, and 
let them be guinea pigs. :)  I'd also suggest setting up a buildbot/testbot 
running 10.9 to let it find any problems via your  test infrastructure.  (It's 
been pretty smooth for us, but YMMV.)
