I believe it is just a plain text file. Safari will not allow me to view source on the page and FireFox says: text/plain ISO-8859-1 FireFox also says: The character encoding of the plain text document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range.
