Hi Graham, I had the same issue today: As Andy mentioned the HTML validation is much stricter than in the past, e. g. all <img> / <p> / <meta> / <link> tags have to be closed ... I just finished correcting all help files of one project, checked them via <http://validator.w3.org>, and HelpIndexer didn't report any problem ...
