NSTrashDirectory was only added in the 10.8 sdk.  It has been a longstand 
criticism that many of the "special" folders named & findable using the 
constants and APIs in Folders.h are missing in the Cocoa API.

Also when searching for "trash" also search for "recycle" which is used in some 
API, presumably surviving from NeXTStep, ex: recycleURLs:completionHandler:
