My app does not use NSURLConnection - does not connect to the web at all.
The com.apple.ocl.64.data contains stuff looking like load commands, then a 
binary keyed property list, then some more.
Might be useful in debugging to know what is in there - in order to know when 
it makes sense to delete this cache.
