But keep in mind that threads are not free and there are a finite number 
available to each concurrent queue.  You can experience unexpected delays if 
you abuse them.  You may even get into deadlock.

I'm not saying not to use that convenience method, but you should consider if 
your usage of it will be sufficiently light.
