I don’t believe it’s possible. Or rather, it’s probably possible by splicing bits and pieces between the two versions of Xcode, but it would probably take a lot more work than just getting the project to build with Xcode 4. Do you need iOS 5 features? If not, you can just keep using Xcode 3 and build for iOS 4.
