There's one in the iOS section of the dev forums posted by an Apple engineer. 
That's an updated version of the iPhone core data recipes. Theres a long thread 
after it about how hard it is to get it working which is worth a read if you 
have access. I would say at this point that it is pretty hard to get a core 
data app working with iCloud, shame as I want to do the  self same thing.
