Thanks. That seems to work, though what I'm ultimately trying to do
(get an image of a row from an outline view) doesn't. I call
bitmapImageRepForCachingDisplayInRect: and
cacheDisplayInRect:toBitmapImageRep:, and I get an image of the right
size but empty content. I googled, and all I found was an unanswered
similar question from 2 years ago.
