I'd also recommend "Programming in Objective-C 2.0" by Stephen G. Kochan. It
teaches Objective-C 2.0 from the ground up, assuming no previous experience
with C. The last few chapters touch on some of the Cocoa/Touch APIs at a high
level. But after reading this book you should be able to pick up any iPhone or
Mac OS programming book.
