I thought that would be obvious from my post. I update a label showing the 
mouse coordinates. This is relative to the large span of the view they're 
scrolling. Scrolling implicitly moves the mouse in this regard.

Imaging you're looking at a large map (so large that the scroll bars are 
active). As you move the cursor around the view, a field in the window updates 
to show the latitude and longitude of the point under the cursor.

Now if you scroll with the scroll wheel, you haven't moved the mouse, but the 
lat/lon under the cursor have changed. This is what I want to reflect.
