I have a custom document view that is not displayed in a NSScrollView.
So that means that the 'setDocumentCursor:' method is not available.
Scrolling is accomplished by other means.
When the cursor is over the custom view, the document cursor needs to
be displayed. The view uses a NSTrackingArea. If the cursor leaves the
view and re-enters everything works great.
If a new document is opened and the cursor happens to already be over
the view, the cursor is not updated until it is moved out of the view
and then back in. How can I fix this? None of the NSTrackingArea
options address this issue.
