Richard sent me the pic off list (I think it was)

uh, there are a whole lot of toolbar items. And it is a vertical product. Those 
often bend the rules due to internal design constraints. And often, damn the 
HIG, full speed ahead.

The number of key combinations required to do all the things he sent me would 
require a poster to remember them all.
