From time to time the issue of syntax highlighting/colouring is raised on the list.
Fragaria is framework based on Smultron (now Fraise) that provides a simple way of embedding a syntax aware editor in an application. The project includes a simple demo application that illustrates how to embed a Fragaria view into an existing hostview.
