Hello Jack and Laurent.

So I will see the CGPDF API, also what Jack wrote.

The idea its very simple, load pdf and be able to add notes, as I understand I 
can "inject" the notes object in the pdf strucutre,  correct me if Im wrong 
please, this is the first time Im gonna be doming something like this,  so I 
wanna make sure I have the basics well understood.
