HI
The one from Apress: Learn Cocoa on the Mac written by Jack Nutting, David Mark
and Jeff Lamarche is very good.
It still have some humour in it too, something I really appreciate in a
programming book.
I'm new to Mac programming myself and found some really usefull tricks in that
book.

It shows basic things about Obj-C itself, but covers a very wide range of Cocoa
features.

Hope it helps.
Eric.
