So I gather. Which was one of the main reasons I avoided Mac development 
because, until recently (Objective-C 2.0 ?), I was not at all comfortable with 
that way of working when compared with a much stricter interpretation of the 
MVC design pattern.

I am now very comfortable with Xcode and IB and am really enjoying putting my 
OO design expertise to work writing code for a decent OS rather than for (sshh, 
you know who :-) )
