Your statement is flawed, both as a matter of fact and of logic. Nothing about the scenario or circumstances you describe "proves" the tool is flawed. I just sat down and attempted to accomplish what you're describing. It took 15 minutes and well under a dozen lines of code. Given that I've done nothing with toolbars in the past, I consider this to meet the colloquial definition of "trivial." Your original question was this: "What am I not enabling to keep this from being visible?" I submit that the question is flawed. You shouldn't be asking what you've neglected to do. You should be looking at what you *are* doing that's preventing proper operation.
