You're right, it should have been.  I just didn't think about about it.  I'm
running 3.2.2, but had the same issue in 3.2.1.  Also, I've noticed that I
don't get asked to save IB changes before running anymore. I haven't seen a
preference setting for that.

The formatter is just a subclass of NSFormatter.  I wish NSDateFormatter or
NSDatePicker would allow using 24-hr time without changing system prefs.
Then I wouldn't have to use my own formatter for setting/displaying
NSTimeIntervals.
