But there is one sure way to find out... create the localized nibs! Two places you must check for in the <locale name>.lproj the nib/xib files themselves (or by launching the app) and Localizable.strings file
ibtool will help tremendously in finding out. One BIG caveat: some words in English are the same in other locales!! Translation: there are no shortcuts to good localization.
