This may be related to <rdar://problem/7238596> REGRESSION: smooth
scrolling doesn't work in NSTableView.
I found that smooth scrolling doesn't work in an NSTableView enclosed
in an NSScrollView. This regression was in Leopard: smooth scrolling
worked in Tiger.
