Are you sure the reference is to the executable and not the app bundle?
Especially as looking at the app bundle there is:
uif2iso4mac
+ Contents
+ Frameworks
Sparkle.framework
+ MacOS
uif2iso4mac
which looks OK to me.
I doubt the users are going into the app bundle moving the executable around.
