Basically you need to draw new window with custom titlebar. When drawing window i use code/tutorial from here: http://cocoawithlove.com/2008/12/drawing-custom-window-on-mac-os-x.html it's quite fresh compared to 2005 ,)
Also it should be very useful to create such file template for yourself.
