I'd file a Radar first. There is a workaround that isn't completely insane, and either the documentation or the implementation is wrong. DTS incidents are much better used in cases where you're stuck on something that could potentially be your own fault. I'm pretty sure we've established that Kevin isn't doing anything (obviously) wrong here.
