I should add that the specific error message is that I'm getting is
        'no such column: Z_16MANUALGROUPS'

If I look at the schema from the .sql file created, there is indeed a 
Z_16MANUALGROUPS column on one of the tables, so I don't what the issue is 
exactly.

Any idea what's happening here?
