CocoaHeads Lake Forest will be meeting on the second Wednesday of the
month. We will be meeting at the Orange County Public Library (El
Toro) community room, 24672 Raymond Way, Lake Forest, CA 92630

Please join us from 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday, 10/14. (Our Nov. meeting
will be at a different location - TDB.)

James Gregurich will be speaking on Blocks in Objective C, a new
technology introduced in Snow Leopard. They can simplify your code,
and are used extensively in Grand Central Dispatch.

I would like to extend my own personal thanks, as well as the groups,
for the variety of guest speakers. Thanks - it is greatly
appreciated.

(I am looking for presenters for Nov., Dec, and Jan. Please let me
know if you are able to talk on QuickTime and QTKit, animation,
OpenGL, iPhone products, design patterns, or virtually anything else
of interest to the mac and iphone developer crowd).

Thanks go to OReilly for providing the door prize book this month.
OReilly also offers free review copies, and a user group member
discount.

Bring your comments, your books, and your bugs, and we will leap right in.

As always, details and the upcoming meeting calendar can be found at
the cocoaheads web site at www.cocoaheads.org in the Lake Forest, CA
section.
