NSTextView tries to track all mouse movement over its text. Probably
you would be better served by overriding -mouseMoved: and checking to
see whether the mouse is in your region of interest yourself, rather
than using a tracking rect. Be sure to call [super mouseMoved:] in
the overriding method.
