At the moment, the recommended way to do this is to use a Carbon
event handler for the kEventAppSystemUIModeChanged Carbon event.
Eric, doesn't that only work if the app implements its fullscreen
using SetSystemUIMode()? As NSView's fullscreen functionality doesn't
call SetSystemUIMode(), there would be no notification in that case.
