My sense of humor is just fine, thank you. Snide comments implying that even the name of the iPhone is NDA'd are neither funny nor insightful. After an endless parade of people posting the same thing, it's not a wry comment about your opinion of the NDA, it's just another tiresome repetition of the same old complaint.
Please - give it a rest. By all means, if you don't like the terms of the NDA, complain through the appropriate channels.
