The results will be very different in a 64-bit program :) The general point is that the NSLog is irrelevant. You are testing that an unsigned variable is >= 0. An unsigned variable is *always* >=0 ... it's *unsigned*. This is the reason that your loop isn't performing to your expectations; it's doing what you said, not what you meant :). -- Clark S.
