To trigger a sysdiagnose: - reproduce the problem - Hold down Shift-Control-Option-Command-‘.’ (period) for a few seconds - After a couple minutes a Finder window will appear with a “sysdiagnose….tar.gz" archive pre-selected. You want that archive. - Once you have the archive, uncompress it and open the system_logs.logarchive file in Console
All the logs will be in there.
