Yeah, but I need to manage system-wide items, like favorites (found in Finder’s sidebar), recent document (on system level, not my application level), recent servers, etc. Finder still does that so I don’t really get the response that “shared file lists are no longer supported.” The existing API still works though, but being deprecated clearly shows in which direction things are moving.
