What makes you think Xcode looks in /Library/Frameworks for framework imports? I’d assume there’s a build setting somewhere with a framework search path, perhaps finding and setting that might help. Or just drag the thing onto your project from the finder and see if Xcode does the right thing, it occasionally does.
