Those new images are simply not where they should be: " /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources/"
I think your only way is to grab serial code and scrape the image that is displayed here: https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do e.g. It shows color of my iPhone. I can't verify the new macbooks. In any case Yosemite/Mavericks is not getting any update so don't expect you will see those icons on older systems.
