Thank you for the correction Ken. That point had slipped my mind– of course the first responder isn’t necessarily going to be the destination for scroll events. > I would check for third-party code injection software or something running an > event tap. I’ll do that, but I don’t suspect it’s a factor here. I’ve had a few users report the problem, and they don’t seem to have any such software in common. The one thing that does seem to be a factor is my document window’s drawer (ie: NSDrawer). Although my testers don’t have an exact list of steps to trigger the problem, it seems that interacting with the drawer is necessary. I know drawers are passé, so my fear is that they’re falling into disrepair. This problem has only been reported by users on OSX 10.10.x. Anyways, I appreciate your reply.
