Just drag the header(s) that changed. In this case it's probably safer to do a merge than a replace, since I'm not sure how clever IB was about header parsing in Tiger.
FYI, this is all a lot more convenient on Leopard. IB 3 now automatically notices changes to header files as soon as you save them, so the outlets/actions in your nib are always up-to-date.
