Thanks' Savant for the elaborated reply and clarifying the NDA completely, I think Bruno, clearly understood that I did not read the SDK download agreement as extensively as you did and I mistakenly/unknowingly posted my question in this list. What he probably meant by putting a label was that it is a very common mistake which people like me make in this forum. He, of-course did not meant it literally. You did. Which was not though ridiculous, but the example of putting a label on forehead... was real hilarious :-) Thanks once again for the clarification.
