You can also create a CGBitmapContext (with CGBitmapContextCreate) and
create a CIContext from that (with +[CIContext
contextWithCGContext:options:]) and draw to the CIContext. It will
draw the pixels into the bitmap. This will work for Tiger and Leopard.
